THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“Policy”) describes how Tytan Technology Inc. (“Tytan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the website located at tytantech.com and any pages linking to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Policy.

  1. DEFINITIONS.
    1.1 “Applicable Law” means all data-protection, privacy, and electronic communications laws and regulations that apply to the processing described in this Policy, including, as applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA), and similar laws.
    1.2 “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an identified or identifiable natural person (including “personal information” and similar terms under Applicable Law).
    1.3 “Sensitive Personal Data” means Personal Data subject to enhanced protections under Applicable Law (e.g., precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health information).
    1.4 “Controller” means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. “Processor,” “Service Provider,” and “Contractor” have meanings assigned by Applicable Law.
    1.5 “Services” means our business-to-business (B2B) consulting, engineering, and related services as offered by Tytan.
  2. SCOPE; CONTROLLER/PROCESSOR ROLES.
    2.1 Controller Activities. For Site visitors and our marketing, recruiting, and business-development activities, Tytan acts as an independent Controller of Personal Data.
    2.2 Processor Activities. When Tytan processes Personal Data on behalf of a client in connection with Services, Tytan acts as a Processor/Service Provider/Contractor and will process such data strictly in accordance with the written agreement(s) with that client. This Policy does not override such agreement(s).
  3. NOTICE AT COLLECTION (U.S. STATE LAWS).
    3.1 Categories Collected. We may collect the following categories of Personal Data about you, which may vary depending on your interaction with the Site:
    (a) Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number, IP address);
    (b) Commercial information (e.g., records of products or services considered in relation to your inquiries);
        (c) Internet or network activity (e.g., browsing history, pages viewed, referral URLs, timestamps);
        (d) Professional or employment-related information (e.g., employer, job title) for B2B outreach and recruiting;
        (e) Inferences (e.g., inferred interests from Site interactions or marketing engagement).
    We do not seek to collect Sensitive Personal Data via the Site.
    3.2 Purposes of Use. We use Personal Data to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; respond to inquiries; provide information about our Services; manage marketing communications (including newsletters, events, and webinars); analyze Site performance; detect and prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
    3.3 Retention. We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and context.
    3.4 “Sale”/“Sharing.” We do not sell Personal Data for money. We may allow certain third parties (e.g., analytics/advertising partners) to collect information via cookies or similar technologies on our Site; under some state laws, such disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 7 (Cookies) and Section 10 (Your Rights) for opt-out options.
  4. CATEGORIES OF SOURCES.
    We collect Personal Data directly from you (e.g., contact forms, emails, event registrations), automatically from your device when you use the Site (e.g., cookies, pixels, tags), and from third parties (e.g., event partners, advertising/analytics vendors, public sources, and professional networks).
  5. USE OF PERSONAL DATA; LEGAL BASES (GDPR/UK).
    Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our processing of Personal Data is based on one or more of the following legal bases: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; (c) our legitimate interests, including Site security, B2B marketing, analytics, and improving the Site and Services; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
  6. DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL DATA.
    We disclose Personal Data to: (a) service providers/contractors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, marketing, recruiting, security, and professional services; (b) professional advisers (legal, accounting, audit); (c) governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law; and (d) another entity in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets). We require recipients to protect Personal Data consistent with this Policy and Applicable Law.
  7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES.
    We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to enable Site functionality, perform analytics/measurement, and (if enabled) deliver or measure advertising. You may manage cookies via your browser settings and—where available—our Cookie Preferences tool. Blocking some cookies may impact Site functionality. We will honor browser-enabled Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to the extent required by Applicable Law.
  8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS.
    Tytan is a U.S. company. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions with data-protection laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
  9. SECURITY.
    We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES.
    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights: (a) access/know; (b) correction/rectification; (c) deletion/erasure; (d) portability; (e) restriction or objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests); (f) withdrawal of consent; (g) opt-out of “sales,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising; and (h) limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data (if applicable). You may exercise rights by contacting us at info@tytantech.com. We will verify and respond as required by Applicable Law. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
  11. CHILDREN.
    The Site is not directed to children under 16 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children via the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
  12. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES.
    The Site may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing Personal Data.
  13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.
    We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be posted to the Site and, where appropriate, we may provide additional notice.

  15. EU/UK REPRESENTATIVE; COMPLAINTS (IF APPLICABLE).
    If the GDPR/UK GDPR applies and we appoint an Article 27 representative, the representative’s contact details will be provided here. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; however, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.

ANNEX A – ADDITIONAL U.S. STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES.
A1. California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt-out of “share”/“sale” as defined by law, and to non-discrimination. If Sensitive Personal Data is collected, you may request to limit its use. We honor browser GPC signals where required. A2. Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and Similar Laws. Residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You may also appeal our decision regarding your request by writing to info@tytantech.com.
A3. Verification; Authorized Agents. We may require reasonable verification of your identity and authority to act on behalf of another individual. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
